Alyson & Luke Wedding

Young and in love. Surrounded by their friends and family beneath the front porch of the Historic Mizell House in Folkston, Georgia, Alyson and Luke exchanged their vows and started their life together as husband and wife...the evening was full of surprises and was soooo much fun!

The sweetest thing at the wedding was (literally) the cake!

Simple, elegant and topped with a whimsical Nascar loving groom.

Luke was a perfect gentleman... though Alyson got him good with a little dollop on the nose... aren't they cute!!!

Usually the couple's first dance is pretty tough act to follow, but Alyson and her Dad really stole the show with their own modern version of the father/daughter dance. They broke it down to multiple genres of music from party, hip hop and even some old school rap...what a riot!!!

The Mizell House was such a great setting for their wedding, large open porches, beautiful wood floors and that wonderful soft lighting...

I really hope to meet more couples as sweet, fun and as considerate as these two are to their family, friends and each other. With smiles on their faces through any situation (even forecasts of rain), these two always remained positive and are clearly in love! We spent all day together...from the beauty shop for nails, running errands around town, getting ready with all the girls right down to the good nights and Luke shutting the door to their honeymoon suite!

What fun it was to really get to know everyone involved from both sides of the family (...gotta love ...Mom, Dad and Michelle!). Stacy and Luke are absolute sweethearts and I am so glad to be able to call them friends! Congrats you two and enjoy Mexico!!! Thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding day!

Summer Sessions

Wow- I can not beleive how fast this summer has gone...here is a little of what we have been up to- enjoy :)

Alyson & Luke

Whimsical romance mixed with a lot of childhood spirit. What an energy filled session! We started out the morning on the beach then finished up at the fort... A few laughs, arm wrestling, train track hopping and lots of kisses...can it get better than this? Oh yeah- the wedding is almost here! Alyson and Luke really let their playful personalities come through and were absolutely wonderful to work with. I am certain they have a future full of happiness :)
