...So I was curious what everyone has been talking about and finally took the time to register and make a profile....WOW...I can not believe everyone that is on here, it's like a whole different world. I have found so many friends and am finding more and more everyday! I am really looking forward to reconnecting with many friends that are just all over the place, keeping track of those that are in my back yard and making new friends along the way!

Congratulations Nikki & Mark

Ringing in the New Year is the sound of wedding bells for Nikki and Mark! What a way to kick off the New Year...a beautiful sunny day, perfect weather and a promise of forever! Nikki chose to have her wedding at the historic Mizell House in Folkston, Georgia (http://www.mizellhouse.com/) outside underneath the pavillion surrounded by the tall magnolias and oak trees. I really enjoyed working outside on such a lovely day...oh, if they could all be blessed with perfect weather!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

2009 is here! Wow- where did all the time go... it seems like we were just ringing in the New Year of 2008. I am making a new lists of goals and reviewing my list of last year to see how we are doing (posts to come soon!) This year we celebrated with the kids at our friend's house. Everyone brought their children (all under 5!) and they actually did great. They played strong right through to the ball dropping. Amazingly, there were no tantrums, fights, screeches or whining- they were too busy actually playing (and hitting the cheetos pretty hard) to realize they were tired. Thankfully they all slept in...but not me- I have a wedding today :)
