The Morrison Family {Part II}

Part two of The Morrison family and little Emma will surely leave you counting the days for summertime and you may just find yourself venturing a little closer to the shoreline and letting the water sneak over your own toes :)

Once she saw the water, it was all over- if nothing else, Miss Emma knows what she likes and makes no short task of jumping in with both feet!

It's such a blessing to see the wonder and the experience through a child's eyes. The simple things in life is so much more incredible with them leading the way.

A stunning sunset filled the coastline with the most beautiful light- agh, this is absolutely one of my all time favorite images. Just breathtaking!

Settling down for just a quick moment and then back at it again :)

We wrapped up the session with just some simple exploration and Emma picking out some of her favorite shells, sooooo serene and precious are these sweet little moments!

Emma, Kristy and John thank you so very much for allowing me to capture your wonderful family and celebrating Emma's second birthday- what an incredibly lucky little sweetheart she is! Happy Birthday, Emma!!!!

xoxo :)

The Morrison Family {Part I}

It's not everyday that you get to celebrate a family session with the very special birthday of a TWO year old, and Emma certainly takes the cake when it comes to hamming it up for the camera- here's just a little peek into what her parents have come to call "Emma-vision", love it!!!

There were plenty of smiles, kisses and hugs to go around! We were all smiling and laughing sooooo much- especially when someone passed with another baby or walking a puppy walked by- Emma's eyes would just light up. Sooo darn cute!!!

And it didn't take Miss. Emma very long to take charge and lead us around to where she wanted to go next. Isn't that little strut just so full of spunk! I love how even her little pinky is turned up- ha!

Some of her sweetest smiles came when she found an interesting looking rock that became her favorite little accessory in the session- well, that and the cute babies and puppies that passed along. But really, who can compete with puppies and cute babies ;)

Happy Birthday sweet Emma!!! You are one lucky little lady with two completely amazing parents.

xoxo and stay tuned for part two when we share a bit of all the wild and crazy fun we had at the beach :)
